PHTLS Hybrid This class is for new and previously certified PHTLS providers.

Time: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm

Location: United Training Center, 338 East Ave. Lewiston, ME 0440

Cost: $225.00

This class is for New Providers, as well as those who have previously been certified in PHTLS.

This is a Hybrid Pre-Hospital Trauma Life Support Class.  Students will be required to complete the online Hybrid Modules prior to attending the in-person class on the date listed above.  

Once accepted into this course, you will receive an acceptance letter as well as an emailed invoice.  Your spot in this course is not confirmed until the invoice has been paid.  If your department is paying for the course, please forward the emailed invoice to your Chief for payment.  Your acceptance letter will provide a link to purchase the required textbook and online modules for this course.  

If the class is labeled “Out of Stock,” and you wish to be added to the Wait List, go through the registration process.  When you complete your registration, it will be date and time stamped.  If a spot opens up, we will contact those on the Wait List in the order their registrations were received.
